Barrister Babar Chambers through Head Chambers Barrister Babar S. Imran ASC represented a set of clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeal challenging land compensation of Ring Road / Northern By Pass and prayed for enhancement of the same on the grounds as elaborated in Section 24 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 which was accepted by Hon’ble three member bench presided over by Hon’ble Justice M. Ali Mazhar as pleaded and the cases have been set for retrial within 06 months for enhancement of compensation in light of the market value and true nature of the land in question.
